A great night to welcome new families and for returning families that want to re-register.

New Health Forms and Immunization Records must be filled out by health care providers for each new or returning child. Healthcare providers may fax the information into KidsPark at 651-642-0724. Please remember that these forms need to be at KidsPark with the rest of the paperwork in order to complete registration.
